I can't find a way to download a copy of FRST files in this reply page, so I just copied and pasted. Seldom use IE as XP will not support lastest versions. Malwarebytes found lots of tracking cookies, but no higher level or critical items. Receiving pop-up such as Microsoft has blocked - call 888 number (this freezes computer and I have to go into Task Manger to stop it), java updates, Adobe updates, Answer five questions, chat rooms, and many others. Have tried Malwarebytes, Adware, HijackThis, Hitman and McAfee. Continue to receive unwanted pop-up and redirects.

Thanks!. Post the new logs as explained in the prep guide. Do not make any changes and click on the Scan button. Agree to the usage agreement and FRST will open. Double click on the FRST icon and allow it to run. #Ipublish reader database windows#
